WATER MELON & MIXED BERRY SMOOTHIE

Hey Guys!

This recipe is delicious and very simple! As you can probably tell I make my smoothies by chucking in random ingredients until it tastes good, lots of the proportion sizes aren't exact, although that wont effect the taste ;))

All you need to do is blend the following ingredients together:

1 Banana
1 green apple
a small handful of frozen mango
a handful of mixed berries
approximately half a cup of watermelon (chopped into cubes)
a generous amount of crushed pineapple (I used canned)
a small handful of goji berries
a generous amount of almond or coconut milk

For this smoothie I decorated it with the following toppings:

1 teaspoon of chia seeds
a small handful of almonds
a small handful of frozen berries
a kiwi fruit sliced and placed around the bottom of the jar

I hope you all enjoy this recipe! I will be mixing it up a little with my next recipe, so keep an eye out!

MANGO NANA NICE-CREAM

Hey guys!

I've been trying to fight off a cold lately and I was looking for something to soothe my sore throat, so I came up with this!

This recipe is suuuuuuper delicious, super simple AND it tastes just like ice-cream, with out all the nasties (hence 'nice-cream')

All you need to do is chuck the following ingredients in a blender:

1 banana
1 cup (or a bit more) of frozen mango dices
a spoonful of crushed pineapple
a splash of almond milk

This recipe is veeery thick, your blender may struggle with this, (I use a thermomix for anybody who was wondering) when it comes to putting your 'nice-cream' in a jar I would recommend using a spoon, otherwise you may end up with it all over your bench :)

I hope you all enjoy this delicious recipe!

MANGO SMOOTHIE BOWL

Hi everyone!

I made these delicious smoothie bowls with two of my best friends during the holidays, they were super easy and are super good for you!

Blend the following together:

2 bananas
a cup of frozen mango
1 green apple
a generous amount of almond milk

...And what would a smoothie bowl be without the fruity patterns on top?!

We used:

frozen blueberries
banana
fruit muesli
chia seeds

This recipe served 3 people, although if you're planning on having it for breakfast it would probably best suit 2 servings (we only had it as an afternoon snack).

Hope you enjoy!

FROZEN MIXED BERRY SMOOTHIE

Hey guys!

Before I start with the recipe I would like to thank everyone who has already followed me on @gracesgoodness_ ! I'm so grateful for all the lovely comments and support, nearly 200 followers already?!?!

Now... the smoothie!

This smoothie is great for breakfast or a well earned power raise after a tiring day at school. It's super easy to make and it's packed full of healthy, nutritious ingredients and is sure to give you a boost if you're fighting a nasty cold or in need of a bit of energy. It's also de-lish! Definitely one of my favourite fruit smoothies!

All you need to do is blend the following ingredients:

1 banana
1 large handful of frozen mixed berries
1 small handful of roasted almonds
1 green apple (chop into small squares before blending)
a generous amount of almond milk (you can use any plant milk)
3-4 fresh strawberries

This recipe is delicious by itself but I like to top it with the following:

 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
frozen mixed berries
half a handful of almonds

note: This recipe is quite thick! I usually put it in a jar or bowl. Serves approximately two people, or one extremely hungry person (me).

Enjoy guys!!
