Hey Everyone!!
This recipe is great for those who aren't big on their greens (also suitable for those who enjoy their greens as well). This green smoothie is packed full of nutrients and tastes delicious!!
Ingredients:
1 banana
1 green apple
1/2 an avocado
A handful of frozen mango
A handful of fresh spinach
A bunch of grapes
A splash of almond milk
Toppings:
Chia seeds
Peptia seeds
Muesli
Frozen raspberries
Sliced green apple
Method:
Simply blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth(ie). Top with your favourite healthy toppings and enjoy!
This smoothie is bound to wake you up on a glum school morning!! Hope everyone has a great couple school year.... said no one ever.
